Fly me to the Moon

Lesson: PSHE and citizenship

Class: Year 6 Year: 2022 - 2023

On Thursday 29th September, we were treated to a wonderful performance put on by the Fly me to the Moon team at St Peter's Church. The play was a poinient biopic of the glittering career of NASA engineer Katherine Johnson and her fight for equality in 1960s America, interspersed with awe-inspiring chemistry demonstrations. 

We laughed, we gasped and we were challenged to think about how we treat others around us.
